Description This 2-piece kit contains a total of 34 specimens of rocks, minerals and fossils. The rock and mineral portion contains 24 different types; including gypsum, quartz, granite and calcite. Each specimen is approximately .75″ in size. The fossil portion contains 10 specimens; including a trilobite, shark tooth and petrified wood. These range in size from .75″ to 1.75″. An identification chart is included with each. A great starter set for the beginning rock collector!
